Love this product! Really works great for the late-morning snack when you know you’re gonna work through lunchtime. Holds you over, doesn’t knock you over from a sugar rush like the unhealthy snacks! The nuts and dried fruit really make a difference in stamina. My go to for keeping up with my outpatient nurimg schedule!

Very easy to use and well mixed organic dried fruits and nuts. An organic trail mix that I have used for years. - I do mix them together into my old class jars (Organic Apple Butter Spread) to make it easier to separate the mix with 'too many cranberries' so sugar is less. The sizes of the mixes are nice. Nice energy booster when working out, traveling, etc. And my grandkids love it.
