I’m sure they would be beautiful but it’s too cold where I live.

These suck. I tried to grow them as per the instructions. I got these tiny leaves and no flowers. They are more work than theyre worth too. You have to change the water 2 times a day. Doesnt sound bad unless you have a life that requires you arent a slave to a bowl of seeds in water. Seriously, most of my house is set it and forget it because I am a very busy person. My lights are all on timers, i work 79 miles from my house and have almost no work life balance as i work 8 to 12 hours on my feet. When i finally get home after fighting 2.5 to 3.5 hours of traffic each way to and from work, who in their right mind wants to mess with seeds that require constant attention and changing? Is it too much to ask that something be less work? Then, these seeds took over a month to even show growth that wasnt alge! The seeds got slimy for a long time and finally sprouted something that looked like an arm off of a tadpole. But still, i preserved only to have these incredibly oversensitive pods of nothing sprout 2 leaves. Just 2 seeds sprouted leaves. The rest had what looked like tenticles and then because i was late coming home 1 fine evening, they all died. I still have some seeds if anyone wants to have them for free. Maybe you, your water, the bowl you would grow them in or the angle of the moon at your house might be different, they could grow for you but as for me, im just annoyed and disappointed beyond reason at this point. All i wanted was some of these advertised 'easy' flowers that were supposed to have flowers that filled the home with a beautiful scent. What did i get? A bowl filled with slime covered frightening tenticles that required more attention than a petulent high school kid on social media. No thanks.

If you're looking at these seeds, you probably know purchasing seeds Online a very hit and miss. Sometimes the seeds are exposed to cold or heat and many are dead on arrival. Sometimes the seeds are exposed to cold or heat and many are dead on arrival. These came in a outer package that had inside packages grouped by Colors. There were quite a lot of seeds in here so I took three or four from each color packet, Put it in a plant basket and put it in my water feature in my backyard. No, I live in Florida, which helps a lot because I believe the temperature range for these seeds are between 68° and 86°. Within a few days of the seeds soaking in germinating, I was surprised to see that every seed not one dead seed) had sprouted. A few days later there may be a half an inch high And so far I've had them in the water about two weeks and they've come through the surface of the water and are growing quite rapidly. I'd say the company behind these seeds cares at what they do and those what they're doing when it comes to curating and shipping seeds. After seeing how quickly they grew, I took the rest of the seeds, put them in another aqua planter and put them in my water feature. They too have started to grow. I also picked up some lotus food tablets and put one in each basket. My plants seem very, very happy. I will definitely order from this company again. I can't wait for the flowers to bloom. This is pretty simple stuff and their step-by-step instructions, which are not complicated or long at all. If you want to beautify your garden or water feature, I would definitely look at this. If you have a pond or water feature with fish, I would definitely put these in a basket because Fish will definitely eat the leaves and the roots and kill this or any other plant. Can't wait for them to fully bloom!

Some seeds were not cut so I manually had to cut open once they were soft, but they didn’t grow at the same ratio. There are 8 colors and used 8 seeds of each color. From the 64 seeds there were 18 not developing which are the ones I had to manually cut. Seeds started to grow after one week and it’s nice to see them growing. I’m growing impatient at this time. It’s been a month and have seen no roots growing impatient. I purchased soil special for water and planted them per the instructions but the water stared to smell like water from the drain. I had to take them out and rinsed them completely. They are just in clean water and I don’t know what else to do. I kept very few in soil just to compare growth. I have so far only and fully developed leaf.

I received the packets and waited until it was warmer outside, so that I could grow them outside. They did take approximately a week to sprout and I now have long roots. I am in the mud pond, water stage, and would not think of taking it inside. I am disappointed that it does not tell you in the description that the first year is only leaves, and then it will not bloom until the following year, not exactly sure how to keep sunlight and warm water during the winter and change out the water frequently … I was hoping for the flowers in the first year!
