Product is not worth the money
Very cheaply made not worth the money at all. We had to add another $100 to even get the Catio stable enough to add the roof.

It’s very nice. It only has 1 door though. With one small lock. I wish it had a couple smaller doors positioned up higher But overall it’s nice and pretty and protects our cats

Main complaints – strong odor, inaccurate dimensions, impractical rain cover
I'm so annoyed. I spent the whole afternoon trying to assemble it and still haven't finished, and the instructions are really unclear. I'm so frustrated! It claims to be solid wood, but the boards smell strongly of paint and musty wood. I left them on the balcony for two days to air out, but my cat still doesn't want to go near it. And the dimensions – they advertise it as big, but the actual interior space is super narrow. I tried putting in a few decorative items and there's barely any room left. Such a rip-off! The most useless part is the rain cover on top. It's as thin as a disposable tablecloth. It wrinkles as soon as you pull the strings, it's definitely going to collect water when it rains, and it's attached with Velcro that isn't secure at all. I really don't recommend buying this. Think twice before you purchase!

Main complaints – Misaligned screw holes, non-breathable rain cover
The workmanship is really rough. There are a lot of burrs on the wood, and I almost got splinters. When assembling it, the screw holes didn't line up. I had to force the screws in, and the wood split. I feel like it's going to fall apart any minute. The rain cover on top is also a scam. It claims to be waterproof, but it's not breathable at all. The cage gets stuffy and hot. My cat could barely stand being in there for a few minutes, jumping around and meowing like crazy. I don't dare keep it locked inside. Plus, the accessory smell terrible, a pungent plastic odor. I bought this cage for my cat to play in, but it's just become an expensive decoration. What a waste of money.
