Bought this bag based on looks and the Tommy Hilfiger brand. I thought this would be good since I’ve used some other TH products and all are high quality. This bag however just sucks, apart from its unique looks; and looks cannot compensate for a backpack’s lasting durability. I take this bag to college almost every day, and have washed it with wet wipes one time. Twice the front chain has stuck on the stitch coming out the corners and has broken off, the stitches are coming undone at various places (see attached pics). The workmanship is very shoddy.Either TH sucks as a brand, or this is not an OG TH product (considering this is India I am inclined to believe the latter).Just stick with American Tourister or Samsonite and buy from their official B&M stores or online stores.
