11/24/2023 bought11/25/2023 arrived1/14/2024 attempted registration, but my registration was rejected due to a technical error1/15/2024 contacted customer support1/16/2024 after 4 e-mails, customer support opened up my registration code1/17/2024 registered & mailed back via USPS store drop-off1/24/2024 status went straight from registered to processing, skipping 'delivered' on the website status1/28/2024 results releasedIf you need results quicker, I would get an app that allows you to register to get labs done. My partner went this route and got their test results much quicker than I did. This test took 2 weeks from registration to results - I didn't want to have to contact customer service, but it only took about 2 days and 2 replies to fix that part. YMMV

Feels so good to know for sure! I've never had anything before and had no signs of anything but have been dating for awhile and there are some things you can get and not know about. I got the full test and even though it costs more than if I went to my doctor, I avoided losing my time and pay if I missed work, gas, and general dislike and anxiety of going to doctors. Had results 5 total days after dropping it in the mail. Ordered the kit Wednesday afternoon; received it, took it and mailed it after work the next day; had my results late Tuesday night 5 days later. It was quick and easy and they have plenty of instruction videos on their website. All tests negative and it just feels good to know and not just assume I'm ok, plus it's motivating to make sure I stay clean and safe.

When you receive this kit, the instructions tell you to scan the enclosed QRT, create an account, and register the kit. Sounds simple enough. But none of that worked for me. I kept getting error messages saying that the account cannot be created at this time, try again later. I have been reaching out to customer service for over two weeks now. The only means of contact I have found is email. The responses are slow, and the suggestions have not worked so far. This appears to be a waste of time and money.

The process worked out fine for me. When i mailed it it got lost in the mail and went all over the United States before it was delivered. Took 2and half weeks to get resultsOther than that I’d buy again

Product was delivered earlier than expected. Packaging was clean and not damaged. Item will and does exceed my expectations and I thank the company for their hard work in creating a product like this for myself and others who purchase this product.

Tests are easy and results are quick

The hardest part of the test was doing the finger jab, but that was actually pretty easy - snap off an end and press. It pokes you and withdraws the needle fast so it really doesn't hurt much. Then you put drops on a card, and pee in a cup, and mail the samples in. Pretty much exactly what a doctor does, without dealing with a visit, and not having to schedule a followup to have him tell you the exact same thing you can read on a web page.

Took this test, was easy for the most part. they only give you 2 pricks and there’s a lot of blood circles to fill so make sure you make them count lol was accurate for the most part i ended up taking a clinic test just to make sure everyone was alright and it was could take like 6 days to get ur results emailed to you
