The Wedgwood Rose is among the most beautiful of the David Austin Roses, prized for its repeat flowering and large blooms. The growth is vigorous with many canes that shoot up from the base, and is among the most disease free of the English Roses. The flowers are a soft, rose pink with petals of a delicate and gossamer-like quality. The delightful fruity fragrance is distinctly grapefruit in character with hints of clove. Its overall effect is charmingly "Old Rose". It forms a large, rampant shrub, excellent as a back border plant. As a climber it is magnificent against a wall, fence or on pillars.

Gorgeous, fragrant roses - strong plant!
I planted mine about 3-5 days from delivery (its hot in Southern CA, so I was giving it time to acclimate), about mid-July. Its now the beginning of September and I've had at least 5 blooms already. They're gorgeous, just as pictured and they smell divine. I'm so happy with these roses, that my only problem now is finding the space to buy and plant more!!! I posted a couple photos - but in one of them, you'll notice the full bloom is a little sunburned - we had a heat wave come through and I forgot to shade them. My bad... but otherwise, you can see they're gorgeous.I bought this Sept 2015 and its now April 2016 and I'm happy to report that the roses are doing even more amazing. I have a TON of blooms, which are now larger and even more fragrant (not sure how that's possible; they were already incredibly fragrant), and the climbers are being trained up an archway with no trouble. I'm so happy with them, I've purchased 3 more rose plants. They are also doing really well!Ok it’s Sept 2017 now and my climber is over 7’ Tall and producing dozens of roses several times during the year. The blooms are wonderfully fragrant and don’t seem to be affected by the nearby roses of another species. Really happy with this purchase still!

Healthy and looks great
It came packaged great and looked good after opening. I planted it a few days later and it is healthy and looks good. It’s kinda pricey but I’ll definitely be buying another soon
