Brilliant, it had everything I needed. Great value for money with all the stuff in it. I used it all and really helped with my recovery. Loved the underwear was really comfy, pads a great size and the spray and bottle work wonders.

Sadly I didn’t get to use all of it but the spray, pants and pads are brilliant! I guess I’m lucky I didn’t need everything in there but the idea is great. It was nice to have it all in one box so I didn’t need to worry about what else to order.

Not used for postpartum yet but a few things have come in handy so far! The witch hazel spray has been a god send

This is a very well thought out kit and is perfect for a labour bag or to gift to someone as it certainly gives the impression of a caring and thoughtful present to a new mum who's body will have been through a lot(!) Everything is presently nicely and packed neatly and the contents seem decent quality to me, the pads are relatively thick and soft and the bottle and cooling pad is great for pain relief - overall its a wonderful idea imo. The only negative I have is that whilst it's seems decent quality it also feels a bit overpriced, someone has done the legwork by providing all these items in one simple ready to grab box, but it does feel like you're paying for that as it's the best part of £50 at the time of ordering, which is a lot especially in these times.

Great, the disposable underwear is better than the Frida's ones. I wish they sold them separately as well, I couldn't find them.

This postpartum recovery kit has everything I needed after delivery. The disposable underwear and postpartum pads are comfortable and absorbent, while the peri bottle and cooling spray provide gentle relief for sensitive areas. I also appreciate the included soothing liners they add an extra layer of comfort and make recovery a little easier. I got this for my sister and it pretty much brought everything she needed for her post partum. She loved it, except the pads she told me they were like diapers lol… Or maybe she just didn’t bleed as much as other women. The hot/cold pads came in clutch along with the witch hazel spray, wipes, etc. She also loooved the rinse bottle, she used chamomile tea to rinse herself and it helped her heal quicker. This is a safe buy if you want to gift it to a pregnant woman that’s due soon!

Its a solid kit, just wish the parts were also sold separately. My sister loved the gown and wanted another one to wear at home. It was so soft. She didnt end up using everything but she loved it.

I order this for my daughter, her baby is due soon, I loved that the kit has everything she’ll need to take care of herself after she has the baby!!
