Simple one person set up but a helper will make it quicker. I would recommend not staking the corners down until the top and sides are attached. If you don’t have the corners at the proper distance from each other you will run into 2 problems, the zippers will be too tight or the end panel will be too loose. The zippers are of very low quality which I didn’t intend to use anyway, maybe while I’m gone on vacation I might zip it up. The doors are a pain for one person to roll up neatly by yourself, again I wasn’t planning on using them but rarely. The windows are easy to roll up. They remained fastened during several thunderstorms today with the 4 Velcro tabs . The top overlaps the sides and ends which is great for me with all the pine needles falling constantly. My previous carport didn’t have any overlaps and the pine needles stuck everywhere. I drive a Scion FRS and if I park in the middle it doesn’t leave much room to open the door to get in or out. If I remember to park closer to the right then I have plenty of room. I suspect 4 door vehicles will not have the same issue with their shorter doors. From previous experience I’ve been getting 3-4 years out of the top canopy . It does keep the dust off my car and now I don’t worry about pine sap and bird poo . I did use screw in steel anchors and paracord at the corners to tie it down.There were a half dozen extra bungee ball cords in the box and exactly what you needed for the rest of the assembly. The only tools needed were 2 wrenches included to assemble the feet and legs. You will need a ladder or step stool to reach and secure the bungees at the front and ends. Considering it cost me $120 to remove a ding from a pine cone falling and my deductible is $500 , yeah it is a good value for the money in my opinion.
