Fantastic! Excellent with Asian dishes. Neutral flavor with a hint of sweetness and absolutely NO bitterness. Cooks up very well and holds shape and texture when reheated. These are our new favorite over rice, buckwheat or vegetable based noodles. We plan to use them for Italian dishes like spaghetti as well. A bit pricey compared to other types - but so rare in stores that we are willing to pay for them because of their excellent quality. We buy the multi-pack because we do not want to be without them.

The taste of these noodles are spot on for my Asian dishes, and a gluten free alternative for my soups. The reason for only 4 stars is that they’re incredibly long. Quite difficult to eat in my soups and stir fries.

While my husband can eat bowls of pasta (he cycles 100 miles a day) and not worry about sugar or carbs, I can't because I suffer from chronic laziness. So I wanted something that looked and tasted and felt like pasta - and BINGO here it is. It's SUPER easy to cook (in boiling water for 6 minutes) - don't forget to rinse it afterwards - I plated it, put some home made tomato sauce on it (onions, tomatoes and garlic, all blended with a wand), grated some cheese and tucked in. I could NOT tell the difference between that and a plate of spaghetti. My husband said it's slightly chewier (which it is, but that could be said of more al dente pasta too) - they are clear (not pasta colored), so that's the biggest difference, which can be a bit weird (I found it odd to be tucking into glass/clear pasta) - but the over all effect was that I had just eaten a huge plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce - guilt free - didn't feel stuffed afterwards, just sated.... was absolutely THRILLED. I read that they come in big packages - but even that didn't prepare me - each bag is about 2 feet long - and holds a LOT of noodles - both my husband and I had big bowls and haven't even eaten half of one bag. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! ONCE YOU TRY THEM YOU WON'T GO BACK!!!

We love these noodles! Thalese noodles have a great texture and taste good. Great value and comes fast.

Okay okay, you have to have the want for these and need to be a specific person to like the texture, but I am okay with the texture and LOVE these noodles. Great in stir fry, but even plain with soy sauce and peanut oil these are to die for. Just make sure you cut them with scissors before eating so it’s easier to chew.

So for quite a while I had been ordering the Sungiven ORGANIC sweet potato noodles and all of the sudden, they're no longer available. Why would that be? This bag doesn't specify non-GMO either. I prefer organic especially when it comes to potatoes. I make an Asian noodle dish and am gluten free and plant based so I opted to try these. For one, the quantity is the same at 14.11 oz, but the bag is huge....16" x 11". I have limited pantry space as it is. It's ridiculous. The rice dish featured on the photo on the front of the bag looks like the noodles I'm used to using. Please bring back the organic ones!!!!!

Served hot,cold and warm. Prepared it with shrimp and sesame seeds.

Not as chewy as usual noodles of this type but still a good product, a bit expensive for what it is and how much you get but I would probably buy them again
