Dreadful & doesn't work
It hasn't coloured my white roots despite using it according to the instructions for 3 weeks & the hair close to the roots is red & I mean red. It is difficult to control the drops coming out of the bottle. I went to a professional hair dresser who tried to bleach the halo of red out of my hair.result: it didn't touch the red and broke off my blonde hair..I have been living with ruined hair for the last 3 months scared to do anything to rectify the now whit crown, with red halo lower down and blonde lengths..awful awful experience.

Concerned about silver toxicity from this product
Update of 5 Feb 2020After a break of one month from using this product my hair has grown back as it used to be - visibly grey. I then did the second attempt at it, and this time I am well pleased with the result. I used the liquid very sparingly - a drop only per area - and first for three consecutive days, then every other day. 5-6 applications in total. My hair looks great now. The colour is very natural. Not quite my own, but close enough. Grey is still lurking in there, but it looks great nonetheless, and every strand of grey doesn't have to be perfectly covered in my opinion. The reason I am giving it 4 starts now - an upgrade from 3 stars - is that at temples where the roots are, my hair is still white. Not sure why it's so difficult to get it to affect the hair structure there, but it is so. I tried and put more product there - two drops instead of one - and sure enough the hair there promptly turned red. So I have to wait a few days till colour fades, and not wear a pony tail. Not sure how to get the product work in that area without making the hair look red. That's my only complain.Basically the trade of is this: the more zealous you're with the product, the redder and darker your hair becomes. The more economical you are - the colour is going to be more natural but you'll have missed quite a few grey areas.Previous reviewI used it for five consecutive days in what I thought were small amounts. On day 6 I made a break as colour was already well visible, and it was dark and had a strong mahogany tinge. My natural colour is ash blonde.. I contacted Reparex about the mahogany shade. They advised to strictly control the applied amounts. And to also make a break for a week to let the colour fade. I did take a break for 8 days now. What I see is white hair that got missed as I honestly tried to apply small amounts of product, my natural ash blonde bits, faded brown patches and the mahogany ones. It’s a mélange that I don’t know how to address effectively. If I continue applying the product I will become light or dark brown with a mahogany tinge - and this is not my natural colour. It is visibly artificial as of today. However Reparex is a cheaper method to have it died than to do it in a salon. Your call.I may continue with the product after some more fading has occurred, and will try to limit the amounts even more, but I do not know how to apply it evenly so that it affects all white hair, and does not darken my natural ones. If it works better I will update my review.Update 29/01/21 In June 2020 I had a hair test done for toxic and essential minerals. It showed that my silver was off the charts. Silver in such amounts can be toxic and carcinogenic. I think that either partially or wholly it attributed to this product. Since April 2020 I no longer used Reparex concerned about the amount of silver in it. I had a repeat test in January 2021 that showed substantial reduction in hair silver, although it's still in the high zone. I conclude that it definitely is the product that caused such rise in hair silver. And I only used it on the front and temples where grey shows the most. If I used it on the entire head I can only guess the scale of silver load and associated toxicity. Buyer beware!

It takes a lot to impress me
I don't normally leave reviews but I am so pleased with this product that I decided to before ordering my second bottle. I took advantage of lockdown to let my hair dye grow out so I could use this without turning my hair green, though I still think green is preferable to grey. I have to use it at least twice a week to maintain colour and I can see quickly when I have missed an area as the grey starts to peep through. Definitely avoid splashing it anywhere as I did get a few brown stains on the sink which take a few days to show up. With continuous use of a bleach spray I managed to get the stains out and am now more careful about applying it, but it does state clearly in the instructions to protect areas and clothing from splashes so I have little sympathy for people complaining in their reviews about this. It takes about 5 minutes to apply and I have zero skin irritation unlike hair dyes when I would suffer from a very itchy scalp for about 10 days. I'm super delighted to have discovered this product.

Difficult to use
Firstly I like it when it started to cover my grey hair. Then I notice that this product has ruined some of my nice hand knitted jumpers and tarnished my white toilet seat and wall. I did not realised that some of the drops got to them. I ended up using a cotton pad to pour the liquid then rub it on the root of the hair. It does stain the skin too so one needs to make sure to rinse after using this product, as it is a clear liquid, it is difficult to tell where to wipe off. The product works, but wear an old t-shirt and cover nearby furniture maybe?

Unhappy.
I've had gray hair since my teens.. I've tried everything.. This looked promising from most reviews.. I was so tired that would appreciate if the hair turned darker and not even the original colour..But, sadly, I don't see a difference. I use it every second day. The hair isn't dyed.. I've done 9 applications so far.. According to the leaflet, it said noticable in the first week and complete reversal in three weeks. Two more applications and I'll be done with three weeks.. Nothing so far. Very disappointed..

Absolutely love this product
This works as long as you follow the instructions. I find using in the morning works better than the evening. My natural hair colour is back!! I love it! I now use once a week and I always get a bit on my face which stains for a day. It's worth it for the grey removal. You have to read the instructions thoroughly

DONT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAIN YOUR HAIR BLACK
I would not recommend this to anyone, it has ruined my hair! It satins everything black and does NOT come out if you get even a tiny drop on your clothes, skin or furniture. I have brown hair and now I have stopped using it I have a black streak where it has stained my hair black and nothing will shift it.
