I’m double jointed in my elbow and have a tough time remembering that when I take my shot. Needed something to protect my arm. Thought this was gonna do the job. Nope. It’s thin… like really thin. Won’t protect your arm from that snap. I use it to cover my actual arm guard. Helps to keep everything in place but that’s it. Don’t waste your money
