The cakes were not fresh and the quality was not as expected overall very disappointed, having just been to the Tortuga Rum factory in Caymen Islands last month I know what a fresh rum cake is supposed to taste like and these were not it and I was very disappointed I guess I will just have to go back to the Caymen Islands if I want good Rum cake

I bought this cake trio for my father for his birthday.He had never had this cake but I have and I LOVE it.He loved all the flavors was very surprised. The packagingis very nice, especially since it was a gift. The cake wasmoist and fabulous!!!!

The variety pack of cakes was delicious. They are moist and flavorful. The only con was the sizing. I mean even inside the box they are smaller than you would expect. I got some of these years ago after shopping during a cruise and the nostalgia led me to purchase again. Other than the small size, I would recommend it.

I've never tried rum cake before so I figured I'd give these a try. They are DELICIOUS! Very moist, definitely taste the rum! They are individual size (mini bunt cakes). Perfect for individual desert. I tried the vanilla, chocolate, and pineapple 3 pack and loved all three! I suggest after removing the package, heat for about 20 seconds in the microwave and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. HEAVEN!

Need to let these cakes “breathe” when you open them. Straight out of the package they taste very plastic-y. If you leave the packaging open for at least 30 minutes then the off taste disappears. Overall ok but probably wouldn’t buy again for the $$.

I bought these as a gift for someone and was told that there was so much rum it was overbearing and the cakes could not really be enjoyed. I hated to hear that because I figured it would be a nice combination with the cake but if the rum was that overbearing, I might as well just have bought a bottle of rum minus the cake.

Bought this as a gift for a family dinner. Everyone raved. Went to store to get more, sold out. Happy to find it on Amazon!Everyone said it was the best rum cake they’ve ever had.

I had this rum cake for the first time at the international airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica and they were phenomenal. My husband loves them and asked me to get him some for his birthday.These were the same rum cakes (aka, original) and tasted delicious! Cakes were delivered on time and well protected.

These cakes are delicious. We've been buying them for years and the whole family enjoys them. Small ones like these make good breakfast ;)The only point to note is that the proportion of the surface area makes the small version dry out a little by the time they are delivered. They are still moist like a good sponge cake, just not as much as the larger sizes.
