Cute little watch if you dont want to spend a ton.
My daughter was begging me for a smart watch, this is a cute little watch if you aren't looking to spend a ton or buy a phone plan to go along with it.My only qualm is that it does NOT count steps, its not truthful, it will say something outrageous just from you sitting. But shes young, and its alright for the price.

Broken but good
Its a real nice watch but almost everything that came with it was broken. Both screen protectors came broken and the charger cord had small holes in it. But the watch itself works great.

Dead after 24 hours
I purchased this watch and it stopped working within 24 hours of opening the box. It’s totally dead, it won’t charge or turn on. I’m outside the return period, can you offer an exchange?
