I accidentally bought this thinking it was the shampoo (which I’ve used before). It’s lovely for conditioning but I’m not sure sure about it neutralising orange - my hair seemed the same colour wise, although very soft. The shampoo really stains hands etc so feels much stronger.

Love this stuff! Was recommended to me by my hairdresser to use in the weeks before my appt when the brassiness begins to show ... does what it says on the tin and neutralises the blonde!

Very good product as promised

I’m positive the formula of this has changed, it used to be highly pigmented blue and now it isn’t, it also doesn’t lather like a shampoo anymore, it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be!

this works so well omg, my hair looks like i just came out of the salon. i would recommend you guys to use a shampoo, then towel dry your hair a little. put this on leave it on for 8 mins, and then put &honey deep moist treatment on. leave than on for 20 mins, rinse it off. trust me, u will love ur hair after.

My balayaged hair gets brassy easily. I have dark roots and balayage highlights. This is the best blue mask to combat that. It also conditioned and left my hair soft. It is very blue so it really cancels out the brass in 1 use. I leave it on for 10 minutes or longer if I can tolerate sitting in the shower longer. I don't even need to follow up with regular conditioner as this adds enough conditioning to my dry, bleached, coarse hair. Directions state to use gloves but it really doesn't stain my fingers. I have only used it on wet hair after shampoo in the shower. I have not used it on dry hair so maybe you might need gloves then. But it did not stain my fingers in the shower. Love the size and the value for money! Highly recommend it!
