Used for making outdoor signs, did have a wee mark on the bark however still had a usable surface, have used wood antique gold paint, even ordered more as great surface, great size and great surface to write and paint on.

Good size. Didnt realise it wasn't made out of slate.

Item arrived promptly and is the perfect size for my needs. Unfortunately no chalk included which was supposed to be included and one of the reasons why I ordered this product so I could start using it immediately without having to purchase chalk separately

Very useful in the kitchen--saves wondering 'what else was it I wanted?' so handy, small enough not to clog up yhr wall,or worktop Always good to have a remoinder

Exactly as advertised, the board is sturdy and well coated, writes on well and comes off cleanly. The jute twine rope is adorable!

This chalkboard is awful, no chalk pen rubs off it. Ridiculously hard to clean, and it’s stupidly small.

Nice size and quick delivery. Says it is non porous and ok to use with chalk pens but the white and pale blue eraser marks don't clean off like the other colours. Shame!

I cannot contact the seller for a return, the board is falling apart. the pen itself NEVER rubs off the board so you are constantly left with what you've already drawn or written. Terrible quality. wanted my money back but no way of contacting.
