Cocoa Butter Formula Scar Serum 1 oz

i have been using the scar serum on a cut that caused an ugly scar I got on my hand while cleaning last month, I ordered and got the product about 2 weeks ago and started using it immediately. I can see the results of the scar fading and my skin softening where trauma took place, I was really concerned I would have a permanent scar but with the results I am getting from the Palmer's CB Scar Serum in just 2 week I am sure as I continue to use it the scar will be barely noticeable in no time. I have always been a Palmer's fan as I have been using the lotion and several other products they make for many years and have always been pleased with the appearance of my skin and have gotten so many compliments throughout the years. Palmers makes quality products and my recent purchase of the Scar Serum has once again confirmed the fact that they continue to amaze me with products that improve skincare in a safe and healthy way! The value of the product is worth the money, I’ve been using this brand since I was a teenager and I am in my early 30s and it’s still dependable. I wish they didn’t take them off the shelf’s at CVS and Walgreens/Walmart.

I've used this product for many years and for me it has always worked best on new scars. For example if I get a pimple, automatically since the skin is raised, it leaves a mark. The myth is always that if you pop a pimple it leaves a mark. I disagree, since a pimple raises your skin, you'll get a mark regardless, but as soon as I feel a pimple coming i put it on and the scar is normally gone in about 3 weeks. Old scars scars?? hmm I can't say there is really much of a difference, even with daily use.

Having difficulties searching for this wonderful product at varies drug stores & cosmetic counters I decided to give Amazon a try! Lo & behold! Is there anything your website doesn't have?!? Thank you for saving my sanity searching .... wasting time & gasoline is frustrating! I use this for my lengthy scar on right arm due to a freaky fall in 2006, the skin has lightened & flattened out so smoothly it's amazing from horrific surgery. Apply it on certain facial laugh lines & between the brows at night. In addition, people are amazed (that age does not reveal on face) & they think I'm in my late 40's not mid 60's! Nice. I have been using this product for over 20 years. I first purchased it at a CVS. I mixed with cocoa butter on my kids scratches and bumps and bruises. Today I use it on my grandkids. This brand is amazing. If you have or had Surgery use this with cocoa butter and mederma mix together and watch the magic work on your scars.

Very unhappy- the box was damaged and the bottle almost empty, but no sign of spilled. Not sure how that is possible.

Very happy with purchase of Palmer's scar serum. I had a total knee replacement surgery which left me with a scar several inches long. Thanks to this product my scar is soft and smooth. It will hardly be noticeable within another month or two. Great product, reasonably priced. A little goes a long way and no noticeable smell. You really hit a home run with this serum.

This is good stuff! I had knee surgery which resulted in about a 7 inch scar down the center of my knee. I have been using this for a couple of months and the scar is looking very good. The only downside is it is oily so be careful with wearing clothing over the serum.

this product works for scars, I have used this during the day, and over night and every morning I would wake up I would see improvement. you do need lots of patience to see results, however I did go & buy other products such as rosehip oil, holland & barret black soap, dermatix gel, palmers skin theaphy oil, cold pressed coconut oil & palmers cocoa marks & scar cream, I combined all these products and used every other day, hoping I would get faster results. i washed my face every time with nuetrogena grapefruit face wash every time I wanted to apply any gel or oil to my scar, my scar is fading and you can barely see it now, due to the fact it was a fresh scar. so it just shows if you use it constantly you will get results. to successfully get results you must keep the scar moist, & only leave it dry for a certain amount of time. the scar gel has a sticky feel, so if you don't like that feeling you may want to try dermatix gel which is not sticky at all but it is more expensive. I used palmers for first few weeks then started using the rest, results were faster. im very happy and I am still using it, and have loads still left. don't give up, keep your scar moist & you will see results fast.. palmers products are really good, and this particular gel I did not see in boots or superdrugs so a great find. I have dry skin so sadly aloe vera didn't work for me because it dried on my skin! I haven't used palmers scar serum alone so I can't 100% say its effective on its own but overall the first couple of days I did use it, I did see improvement. maybe this combined with rosehip oil made results better. After my horrible experience at the beauty salon, I will never ever take the risk of having my face waxed again, wax is horrible for your skin and if the temperature is not correct it can rip and burn your skin! plus it pulls your skin with every pull, for days it depressed me and a scar can have a effect on you, so I would advise the sooner you treat it the better, I have learnt a lot from experience & I can say 100% keeping your scar moist throughout the day is best..The scar serum is what I would just wear at home because it is shiny when outdoor and has a glossy effect, I found dermatiX gel was less shiner and rosehip dried into skin and I wore rosehip mostly outdoors and no one would notice I had oil on my face.. skin is so sensitive and I should of learnt that along time ago, since my scar has healed well I have started to.look after my skin much more and I am realising it could of been much worse if i had not treated it with care, & there for a year or two! I have a very small unnoticeable line left there now & new skin is forming and if I continue the use of these products it will be gone by April completely.
