Quality product. I purchased this for my mom, whose doctor recommended a statin. She would much rather be on something more natural than on a statin that created horrible side effects for her. If you're over 40, consider Ubiquinol, which is the active form of CoQ10. Do your research! So far, her doctor is pleased.

Aloha the product itself was very good but 200 mg I felt gave me a headache and so I had to cut it down to 100 mg. I think that would be the smart way for most people to get started with it since it’s a capsule. I just poke a hole in it and squeeze half of it
