I love having jojoba oil. I make sure to keep it stocked. BodyJ4You Organic Jojoba Oil has worked well so far. I have used it for my hair and nails. I like that it is a larger bottle than other brands I have used in the past. I apply a few drops in my hair prior to going to sleep. My hair is much shinier since using jojoba oil. My nails seem stronger as well. I am very tough on my hands and sometimes my nails break. Since using this oil I have noticed they don’t break as easily. I will continue to use this because of the benefits thus far.

I’ve bought a ridiculous amount of jojoba oil over the years - mainly for cuticles (Because it is the only oil with molecules small enough to penetrate the actual nail) so i always include it when i make my homemade (bestselling) cuticle balm. I believe not only do we want to nourish our cuticles, which can be achieved with pretty much any oil, such as olive oil, or vitamin e oil, or even lip balm at a pinch (it works, I used lip balm for years) this one is the only one that can help your actual nails too. In my balm i use jojoba, olive, vitamin e, and argan oils, along with shea, mango, cocoa and kokum butters (and beeswax to harden) which gives a wonderful finish and feel to the balm. I firmly believe in the restorative and healing properties of jojoba, and sometimes add it to my homemade soaps, which is easier when you have this much oil. Very happy with this, and the price is right, so i would get it again.

I use a Jojoba Oil blend for an overnight hair mask (I have thin and fine hair). It is a very heavy oil - so I have to blend with another lighter oil (I use avocado). I put this in my hair and wait a few hours before either sleeping or washing it out because I want it to soak in. I also have to wash my hair more than once because it is a heavy oil. This is also a huge container - plastic 32 ounce jug. Hopefully it will last me a year with my every other week hair mask.

This jojoba oil is excellent quality and the bottle is easy to handle. (be advised, it’s not a big gallon jug, this is a smaller 32 oz. quality - but still, that goes a VERY long way. I started using it to condition my fingernails and cuticles. Did you know?: Jojoba oil is closest in composition to our natural skin oils or sebum. That means our bodies can absorb it and use it in the same way. It’s really making my fingernails stronger and brighter. Not to mention, my cuticles aren’t flaking and ripping anymore. Cuticles are kind of like a “suit of armor” around the nail, protecting it from side cracks. I also love that this oil is organic and sourced from a reliable source. I would definitely repurchase this! PRO TIP: I find that this oil works well if you load it into a watercolor brush pen. Just search for that exact phrase and you’ll find them here on Amazon. They’re cheap and they really help keep application neat and tidy when you’re applying this oil to your cuticles and nails.
