Let me make this simple. If you like it, at all, when someone reaches onto the back of your neck, and the top of your shoulders, and starts to give you a massage…then, with no doubt in my mind, I will tell you that you will like this Snailax Neck/Shoulder Massager! It has adjustable settings, including heat, that allow you to vary the level, and character, of massage you can get. It’s rechargeable via a included USB wire so that you can walk around with this thing massaging you with no worries of having to be stationary near an electrical outlet. You can simply hold it in place, and therefore pull on it to get an even deeper, more intense massage, moving it around to get directly on a “trouble” spot, or just connect the included strap around your back to hold it in place, and let it do it’s magic. It really works the muscles of your neck, and upper shoulders, in such a way that you will know you’ve had a good massage. For the price, especially if on sale, or a coupon is included, it’s a real deal. I’m very pleased with it, and if you decide to give it a try, I bet you will be too!

This massager is everything I have dreamed of when it comes to a neck/back massager. The design feels like you’re receiving a real massage from someone with thumbs! It actually provides pain/tension relief while being comfortable. To be honest, I couldn’t wait, so I used it right out of the box and multiple times since then (including on my lower back) and the battery life is still going strong. It’s amazing that it is it portable and rechargeable so you can use it wherever you want. The arm straps help it feel even more comfortable while adding pressure to all of the right places! I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an affordable and easy to use neck massager that actually provides relief! The first time I finished using it, I could feel a wave of tension release from my shoulders and neck. Don’t second guess if you need this because you absolutely do!!!

Does what it is advertised to do. Great for personal use if you don’t have someone to massage you or go to an actual Masseuse. I Also appreciate how it’s compact and portable. This treats exactly the spot as shown in the pictures. It does get very deep in the top of the shoulder area below the base of neck but misses a key spot for me which is about an inch or two lower. So it simulates tiny hands vs normal to large. IMHO I think it’s lacking in pressure on the neck. I couldn’t manage to manipulate the positioning of it to get it to go deeper in that area. You cannot use it anywhere else on your back effectively, you can barely feel it. Therefore it does not replace my much larger and pricier plug in shiatsu shoulder massager that I can use up and down my spine. I’ve seen these things on TikTok for a while now and was very curious. For the price point I think I will keep it and just use it separately as part of a multi device massage therapy session. An all in one would be great but I can’t afford a massage chair, lol.

Sleeping wrong and waking up with a sore neck the next morning is not a good feeling. The wireless neck and shoulder massager is quite the opposite. Not only does the massage function feel great but the heat function helps relax those sore neck muscles and loosen them up even quicker. Not only does it work great, but you can take it wherever you desire as it folds up nicely and comes with a rechargeable cord that you can plug in just about It does take time adjusting to find what’s the right setting is for you, but after that, it is smooth sailing

This is a fantastic unit. I’ve have owned Snailax message units before but they were not as effective as this one. Although my current massager is effective in the neck area it doesn’t hit that tension spot on your back . This one does. And it does so with power. They really did a great job designing this unit. The massager is covered with a beautiful faux light green leather that is stitched! There are zippers here I would imagine for battery replacement. It has a Mode setting. It alternates between forward and reverse, forward only, and a intermittent setting. Heat setting has 3 levels. Also 3 speed settings. You can press this massager pretty hard into your back without bogging down. It is quiet too. What use would a massager be if it was really loud. If you come home at night from a tension filled day this unit is for you. I’m very satisfied.

OoohhhhMG! AWESOME!! Kneads the neck and shoulders deeply, I recently bought a vibrating lay on product that was so disappointing I returned it after just 2 tries. This product which is less expensive than the other is 10x better and truly does what it says. It is AMAZING and well worth the money!!

I’m sure these are hard to make to fit everyone, but this didn’t touch my trapezius or occipitals at all. It was too wide for my neck. Just something to take into consideration, as I did not when shopping for one of these. I’m sure it feels great with a correct fit!

This has been a game changer with my neck pain and headaches. (25 year old neck injury) It does have some serious pressure so it really works your muscles. I have discovered with daily use the muscles feel better and less tender each session. The heat is soothing and each massage cycle is 10 min. I get seven sessions on one charge when using heat. The pressure really works the vagus nerves in your neck to relieve headache pain and tension. By pulling on the straps you can control the amount pressure you add to the massage. You can also change the speed and movement of the massage as well as no heat. It comes with a charging cord which is a C type cord, but you need to supply the charging portal.

I have been having headaches from tension in my neck and shoulders, so I bought this massager. I figured it was less expensive than a session at a massage clinic. This massager is great! It's very easy to use and you can control the depth of the massage on different muscle groups, just by pulling on the slings that your arms rest in. I like the heat feature as well; it feels very comforting and helps relieve tension and pain. It can be used for the legs and back as well. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it!

This is great, works well, it can feel a bit sore to start with as you're not used to it but you quickly get used to it and can very very soothing. The buttons all work well with minimal pressure and it's rechargeable so no expensive batteries.

This product is worth it! I can see it saving me money from going to massage appointments! Go get one if you can!

Then I received mine which I will say that I am very satisfied and happy with the comfort to relieve my shoulder and back pain. The kneading balls they use is very unique. I am now using this daily after work for comfort. This product is highly recommended and good investment to relieve your back pain and shoulder.
