I've been using this brush for a few months now, and it really is on the better end of hairbrushes. The handle feels nice in the hand. The bristles are wide enough to withstand my curly hair, and there's a little nub on the tip of each bristle to keep them from scratching or cutting your skin as you brush. It's probably not great for use in the shower, because it will get wet inside the head and if it doesn't dry quick enough then it could damage the wood or even get gross eventually. It does do fine with wet hair after shower though, or with dry hair at any time. I haven't had any issues with static, at all, though I haven't tested it in extremely low ambient humidity conditions yet (winter forced-air central heating, RH about 20%, is a whole other ballgame) but I suspect it will be fine, much nicer than plastic or metal. Great value for money: I bought it on special but even at 7-10$ it would be good value (in 2025) for the quality of it.

This is my favorite brush for size, materials and quality. Feels really nice and not made of any cheap plastic. Bought some for myself and my son.

A great brush: nicely sanded wood with smooth finish, good size for my hands, and bristles are proportionate to handle. Good purchase.

I bought this because I struggle with staticky hair in all seasons and I read wood and bamboo brushes are better for this. It really does seem to keep down the static better than plastic brushes. It deals with the tangles, though I still seem to lose a lot of hair when brushing. It could be bigger but for the price, it is a good value, quality and I look forward to using it for a long time.

Love it!!!! My hair turned out smoother and no flyaways with static electricity! It must be the bamboo and wood that calmed things down.

It does what it says—brush’s your hair. It did make my hair fall out more than usual. The reason for that might be the way the brush was designed, my hair got caught in the base of the brush.

Sturdy, good size, and so cute! I got it since a bamboo brush was recommended to me to help my hair journey. Ive been trying to work on my hair growth and health. I love how good it feels brushing it through my scalp and it leaves my hair feeling soft!

Do not get a cheaper wooden brush. Spend the extra on this one. This doesn’t pull my hair, my hair doesn’t get caught at the base of the bristles like cheaper wooden brushes. Excellent quality. Highly recommend.

my hair too thin. The brush makes it too shinny and flat. Its good for thick hair.
