Purchased this supplement for my wife who has recurring sleeping issue & joint pains. The doctor recommended magnesium. She's been taking this supplement for last one month, her sleep cycles have improved & joint pains have also reduced a lot. For restful sleep , best to have it before dinner. A miracle supplement but pls consult doctor before consuming it.

It's a pretty good blend of magnesium complex. I bought it during my keto diet because insomnia is something which comes up during keto dieting, this definitely helped. Ingredients wise it has a blend of all three magnisium and didn't see any other type of additives which is a plus for me as well. The dosage recommended is two capsules per day for a person. The whole bottle do last a month . The packing is great as well. It got elemental magnisium as well.
