I waited until I finished the full bottle before writing this review. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no smell, which I appreciate. As for results—yes, I’ve noticed a bit of improvement in my nails. They’ve always been soft and prone to breaking, and while the change isn’t dramatic, they do seem stronger and a little less brittle. I haven’t noticed much difference in my hair yet, but I believe this is one of those supplements that requires consistent daily use over time to see real results. I’m hopeful that continued use will bring more noticeable benefits. I also like that it’s made in the USA in FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facilities, and that it’s vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and sugar-free with no artificial fillers or preservatives. I love this product! I started using it to repair my hair and nails. I stopped because they ran out and I couldn't get it for a while and my hair started breaking off like crazy. Probably lost about an inch in length! Started back up again and my hair is back to normal. I really like this product.

Vitaminas muy completas y perfectas para tomar mensual. Yo lo tome por un mes y si bien hasta ahora no he notado cambios visibles ni en el cabello, ni en la piel ni en las uñas, sé que este tipo de productos suelen tomar más tiempo en mostrar resultados, así que seguiré usándolo al menos otro mes antes de decidir si continúo o no. Por otra parte, me gusta que sea vegano y no me haga mal al estomago. La presentación del suplemento es muy bonita, pero considero que es un poco caro, esperaba mejores resultados en poco tiempo por el precio.
