My feet feel much more comfortable now.I danced for hours before I took off my shoes !

I put these in all my Amazon heels. It seems no heels I have bought on here are comfortable. These are a life saver for your feet when you buy cheap shoes and cant return but you want to get use out of them. I would buy these again.

Helps to cushion but not wide enough for my foot.

I purchased these in the hopes of my high heel sandals (1/2 size too big) keeping my foot from sliding forward. However, they were too thick and made the strap across the front of my foot too tight.

My wife had me order these for her before we took a trip during which she was planning to wear heels for a prolonged time. They seemed to do exactly what she needed. They minimized slipping and provided support to even her more flat heels to create an increasingly comfortable walking experience for her. They fit her heels perfectly.

At first they felt a little thick but after I got them into the correct position they are great. To find the correct position for my show I taped the inner sole to my foot, then carefully slipped on my shoe to confirm the position was correct. Then, I reached into my show and held the inner sole down tightly so it released from my foot… a little tricky. Then I used a sharpie marker to mark where I needed to place it I’m my shoe. I aligned the part of the inner sole closest to me first, then carefully folded up the front of the piece and smoothed it in to position. It’s a bit difficult but worth it. I’m using them on high heel shoes and my foot is much more comfortable and does not slip forward. These inner soles would be too thick if your shoes are tight before adding the inner sole. Very nice product.

Didn’t really provide much cushion or support.

They help a lot. And they don’t slip around, even if you don’t remove the sticker from the adhesive, they still stay in place pretty well.
