Product worked great and was as described. Wife’s hair always flips out the wrong way at the bottom and this little brush straightener works great and fits in her purse if we are running late. Great value as well. We couldn’t find anything with as many or as good of reviews for the price.

I ordered one directly from Tymo and it works fine. I ordered a second one from Amazon and it doesn’t work at all. It does not charge and it does not get hot. Unfortunately I missed the return window. If I could rate it a zero I would.

I think this is a good product. I bought this hot brush to use for travel, and I think it will work very well for that. It was easy to use, and straightened and smoothed my fine, not-quite-shoulder-length hair quickly. I felt I didn't get quite as smooth or polished a style as I do with my 1.5 inch round hot brush, but that may be because of my lack of practice with it. For a quick style, touch-ups, or ironing out that kink you get from a ponytail, I can see this brush will excel. A few quibbles: by the time I was finished doing my hair, the brush was nearly out of power. After I charged it the first time, I turned it on, let it heat up, then turned it off, and repeated that a few times to see if the charge held, as that was mentioned in several reviews. So, it is possible there was less charge when I started to do my hair than I thought there was. Also, the brush may not have been fully charged when I thought it was, as according to the directions, the indicator light looks "full" between 100% and 80%. I hope that makes sense. One last thing: this does not come with a plug, only a charging cable with USB-C at both ends. Now, I don't have a plug that will take a USB-C, only regular USB, and no adapter. So, I used the charging cable and plug from my phone, and it seemed to work okay, as in it didn't take longer to charge than the directions indicated.

This works so well. After a bunch of bad hair days while traveling, I came across this. So happy that I did! It will travel with me all the time. I have been using it daily at home too

This works fairly well, for what it is. I am sure that it's better for other people & what they are looking for. For me, it does not hold charge long enough. I am not saying it's a bad product, & maybe I just haven't had enough time with it. I am not saying not to buy it, at all.

Wasn't easy to use since it doesn't feel comfortable in your hand. Kept shutting off when I was using it. It didn't do a great job of straightening the hair. Very disappointed!
