Excellent supplement, since I started taking it I feel that my hormones are much more balanced compared to when I wasn’t taking it. I have not been using this long enough to report on long term effects. I have also never written a review on a product before but I just HAD to on this one. TMI warning: talking about women's body functions. Before purchasing I read several reviews about women experiencing getting their menstrual cycle on the second day taking these after not having one for a long period of time. I was skeptical, but that was not my primary reason for taking them anyways. Well, I received my bottle late in the day so I took one dose in the evening with dinner and didn't think anything of it. I woke up the next morning with pressure and bloating and started my cycle that day! I havent had a cycle in months (at least 10 months, maybe more, I stopped keeping track) due to PCOS. I am excited to continue these and see how they help with managing hormones so I can process insulin correctly and lose weight.

These supplements are too good to be true. I have PCOS & I was taking the recommended dosage and lost about 5 pounds within two weeks. People recognized as well. My energy levels soared. I decided that I would take about 2 or 3 pills instead of 6 daily. The improvement was a little scary and mind blowing lol.

Este producto lo recomiendo 100% Tengo syndrome de ovarios poliquistico y desde que empece a tomar este medicamento mi ciclos mestruales son regulares me he sentido mejor y me gusta que tiene mas vitamins, es perfecto para mi estomago ya llevo 2 frascos y ya tengo que comprar otro.
