This is a great product. Within 30 days I've noticed a huge change in my cycle as getting on Inositol was recommended by my endocrinologist after my blood work came back. My cramping is almost non-existent now. And not to be gross but there's less clotting during that time of the month now. I only take four capsules daily because that was the recommended dosing of Inositol the endocrinologist recommended to me. I'm definitely going to continue buying this. Great product!!

I LOVE this vitamin. As someone with PCOS, I wanted to try something that would regulate and stable my hormones. I started out with 2 capsules a day, rather than the 6, as it was too much for me and gradually increased. I am currently on my second bottle. It has helped with menstrual regulation, and blood sugar levels TREMENDOUSLY!

I don't know if it's just me or what, but this stuff makes me too tired to even safely function. I've been taking it 5 days. Immediately drags me down and I can barely keep my eyes open. I expected to be more energetic but this has had the opposite effect. Will update later.
