Right forms at a great price
Wish I had known about these before. I had been buying ours from OfficeMax or Staples and the sets they sell are VERY expensive. THIS set has just what I need and not a lot of unnecessary forms...It has Copy A, B and C and plenty of 1096s for sending in corrections.

Envelopes do not match up with mailing address.
These are complete garbage. printed all my forms out and none will fit in the envelope with the recipients address showing . The envelopes are not self seal. Don't waste your money.

Nice forms that print well
They worked perfectly for printing our W2's. They, however, did not come with a W3 or self-sealing envelopes. They have envelopes that work but they are not self-sealing which has added a lot of time to our big stack of W2's that need to go out.

Shorted on Quantity
I have 472 W-2 forms to print & ordered 5 packs of the forms & envelopes. I have 1 more set to run & am having to resort to using leftovers from last year. I have printed 431 W-2 forms with a few left over. But I know I do not have 69 forms left. I do have the 69 envelopes which does help. But being short on the number of pages is not what I paid for. And I have not wasted any of the forms. Guess I will have to count through 500 pieces of paper next years ahead of time to be sure I have enough or can go back to the seller to takes care of the slack.
