We have been using the belt for about a week, and it works really well. My wife loves doing squats, she likes not having to hold the weight and the belt sits comfortably. We switched out one of the clips with a close ring to prevent it from locking to the other side. I like how the chain has some extra length than other belts to add more weight. Overall it has the quality and durability I've come to expect from this company, another great product for sure!!

This thing is really nice. From the padded thickness to the size and shape of the belt itself. At first you may wonder how do I keep this thing on without any buckle? But that becomes easily understood after using it with some weight. I really like the camp design too, it's a nice touch.The belt does a good job staying in place while doing pull-ups, and dips, which is what I mainly use it for. It's really comfortable and the chain supports a surprising amount of weight. If you want you can upgrade the carabiner's and chain, but I don't see the need to .

It doesn't feel cheap and as another reviewer mentioned, size 28 is the smallest you can go. I've used it for both chin ups and dips with the 45lbs plates without any issues. Highly recommended!

If space in your gym bag is an issue for you, then this dip belt is a great fit for you. It is very lightweight and compact, while also offering comfort and durability. This product is very well made, durable, easy to use. I had never done weighted squats using something like this, but this belt makes it super easy!!!

Let me first say that I am a power lifter and a little soggy around the mid section. So my biggest issue with dip belts in general is pinching when I added anything more than a 45 LB weight. I have used the belt about 4 times now and it does not pinch or tear at my skin.The first thing that I noticed about this belt was the additional back support that was similar to may weight lifting belts. Again, I thought that it would lead to an uncomfortable situation but I was wrong. This is one of the most comfortable Dip belts that I have used and it dispersed the weight onto my back and hips very well. The only area for improvement that I see is a few extra inches of chain for us big guys. I have a 42 inch waste and lets just say even a 25 lb weight can come a to close for comfort during pull-ups or dips when I'm rocking back and forth. That's my issue though I should probably loose a few inches for *health* reasons anyways.

The belt looks good and is very confortable. The pads make the weight well distributed accross the waist so you dont have that unwanted/unconfortable pressure on it. So far the quality seems durable. A great tool to add to your pull ups and dips routine. I recommend this product to anyone who doesnt have this weight belt at the gym.

I've only used it a couple times, so durability I can't speak on. The belt looks and feels good. I use it with a lot of weight and it feels great across my lower back. I would recommend it.

The quality and price are perfect for my budget and what I needed. Will buy more RimSports products in the future since this is the 2nd one I got and I'm happy with both!

Fits and works perfect for me. If you have a waist of size 28" you will have to wrap the chain differently and the ends will start to touch, anything below 28" and this wont fit as intended in my opinion.
