Caffeine with L-Theanine, 100mg of Each, 240 Capsules, 240 Servings - Non-GMO and Gluten Free

Very effective in helping me get up in the mornings before I have my morning tea. Great help on days after a night of poor sleep or when I need to get up very early.

Worked very good for me. But I crashed badly after so make sure to eat enough food after 3 hours because I crashed after 4 hours later. Important thing, make sure to sleep enough otherwise if you are doing exams, you will feel fully awaken but have bad brain fog.

I find that compared to energy drinks, this takes effect quite smoothly and doesn't give me a caffeine crash. I did notice that I have been having headaches since I've started taking them, I don't know if its just me or if its a side effect. It's not too bad though, I'd rather have a slight headache than suffer from being tired all day.

These capsules work excellently, exactly as expected. The energy level is what you would expect from a shot of espresso (80-100mg), suggesting the caffeine is well measured and pure but will release and be absorbed quite rapidly in comparison, so exercise caution. Effects of L-theanine are not clearly evident, although this lines up with research findings so don’t worry too much about it. Each capsule is about a centimetre, with the bottle being around 200ml at 10cm tall. Note that the outer casing is made with gelatine and cellulose so is unfortunately unsuitable for vegetarians or vegans, however is very easy to swallow compared to some other products with just a little water. Ensure enough water is used so the capsule doesn’t get stuck or become sticky as this can cause the powder to release prematurely and have a very unpleasant taste. I’d consider this product good value for money, easily a 6 month supply with moderate use. Works perfectly effectively with my only concern being the rapid absorption of caffeine compared to coffee, although this is a good dosage.

These are the perfect amount of caffeine to l-theanine ratio so that I can have extra energy from the caffeine while feeling calm and focused from the L-theanine. It is a great deal getting this bottle of 240 capsules for so cheap. Nutricost makes great quality supplements for a great price and these are excellent. They are easy to swallow capsules and also easy to open and take the powder directly on the tongue for faster effects; it does not taste bad at all. I take them usually twice a day to keep up my energy and they also help suppress my appetite so that I don't eat too much or crave sweets. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs extra energy or to help with mood or focus. They may even help you lose weight. My wife and I both take them daily and they keep us feeling good and full of energy. Great quality, great price, easy to swallow, and actually works! I highly recommend these!
