I really like this product because I can take it orally, or I can break the capsule up and put the oil directly on my skin or in my DIY cosmetics. It definitely helps with the "hydration balance" post menopause, and I've also noticed a difference in my drive. I haven't noticed a huge difference, but I just started recently using this and went through a hysterectomy a couple of weeks ago. I also haven't taken the regular amount consistently since my surgery because what's the point in having a "drive" when you can't "start the car" after surgery? I did notice it's helping my surgical wounds heal quickly and they look great. I would definitely recommend this product!

Mid 40's, little to no menopausal symptoms BUT had noticed a change in moisture level in my kitty's house since starting an adhd medication. When researching the benefits of sea buckthorn I found out I am actually growing these trees and they survive very well in my high deseret zone 3/4. They were sold under the name of Sea Berries. These capsules are as bright as the actual berries and have high amounts of vitamins a & c. They are very small and easy to swallow. They help with so many things. Like taking these over eating the actual berries.
