Okay, so I've been chewing a lot of gum lately (Costco size, bulk amounts), mostly when I'm trying to cut back on snacking. A buddy of mine recommended Bashmouth. First off, the flavor actually lasts. I'm talking well over an hour, sometimes even two, before it starts to fade into that bland, rubbery texture. It comes in a cube and feels like 2 or 3 sticks of chewing gum so for someone like me that needs to pop another stick after the flavor is gone from the first one, that part is already solved. I've only tried the Poppy’s Sour Apple " so far, which isn’t as sour as I expected which is good for me but has a nice twang with a sweet finish. It's a clean, consistent taste that doesn't get weird. But here's where Bashmouth really impressed me: the controlled and sustained energy boost. I was skeptical about "energy gum," picturing something that would make me jittery or give me a crash. Bashmouth is nothing like that. It's subtle, almost imperceptible at first, but after about 15-20 minutes, I notice a definite lift in my mental clarity and alertness. It's not a caffeine jolt; it's more like my brain just... wakes up and stays that way. I can power through that afternoon slump without reaching for another coffee, and I don't feel wired or anxious. The energy feels smooth and consistent, lasting for hours, and then it just gently tapers off. No sudden drop-offs or post-boost fogginess.

The gum tastes good compared to some other energy gums I have had but for some reason this gum made me a little nauseous after chewing it. I have no clue why either. I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients, that I’m aware of anyway and like I said I have chewed a few other brands of energy gums but this one made me a little sick to my stomach.

The flavor of the gum is very strong for the first minute or so due to the caffeine but after that it tastes totally fine. It’s an excellent option for a quick energy boost without the need to consume caffeinated beverages. I experienced no jitters and love this convenient alternative!

For me, gross. Tossed it. Maybe it tastes good to others but it made me feel queezy.

Caffeine runs through me pretty quickly so when I discovered there’s caffeinated gum, I jumped to try the product. I tested one of each flavor as well as another member of my household. We both had to spit it out so quickly because the taste was unbearable. So if you’re looking for caffeinated gum, I suggest you find a completely different brand unless this company considers good flavor something they want in their product.

Flavor is pretty good, I read another review that mentioned the powder being a lot, it’s definitely something that takes getting use to compared to regular gum, although I hope there is more flavor options in the future. Gum lasts for a while and I didn’t notice a “crash” or “come down” in energy compared to drinking energy drinks or coffee. Over all 9/10 in flavor, price, quality and energy!

My little afternoon pick me up. I love this gum because it gives you that kick you need to get through the rest of your day. I use it for a little pick me up or on long car rides. My favorite flavor is the green apple. It's not as over powering as the spearmint. If you are a mint lover you will like the spearmint.

This has a very unpleasant taste. If I had to name it I would probably say toilet bowl baking soda or something like that. I really don’t like the filling.
