It came in good condition and assembly was easy. But unfortunately the padding is absolutely inconvenient. So the workout is absolutely painful (not due to workout but due to the padding)

Works just as an adduction machine works in the gym but just as effective to target the area that’s needed for men groin muscles and pelvic muscles . This product is a must for men just as I always thought it was a woman exercise but that’s not true it’s definitely for men and women. You can adjust the amount of resistance and added straps for even more resistance. The product is well designed and the price was very reasonable compared to ticktock shop .

It's very good as you can feel the workout and the resistance is pretty good not sure why I had to get those extra resistance as that was meant for different exercises like for your arm which I did not know. The only downside is the cushions are not as comfortable cuz they're very thin but it does the job and you don't need a bulky machine to work out your inner thighs.
