Gorilla Fitness Resistance Bands for Gorilla Bow (Heavy Set)

I bought the Gorilla Bow about a month ago. Before ordering it, I ordered this pack of extra bands since I knew the bands that came with the Bow wouldn't be enough resistance. I will say, I have since ordered two of the 90 pound bands too. This pack comes with two 50 pound bands and two 60 pound bands. I know when I was ordering, I kind of thought it might just be one of each but there are two of each. These alone offer 220 pounds of resistance. I've yet to figure out how to use more than 4 bands at once without being concerned about one of them popping off but with these heavier bands you can get by with 4. I had very little experience with bands before buying the Gorilla Bow and have to say, I'm impressed with these bands, their quality, their comparative resistance to free weights.

With my gym closed all this year, I was really scrambling to keep up some kind of fitness routine at home. I'm really pleased with the Gorilla Bow, particularly with the additional heavy bands. I'm still discovering additional workout routines I can do with the bow! There's a lot of great videos on their website and elsewhere around YouTube, so I anticipate I'll be able to keep my workouts varied and intense throughout the winter. Great product!

I like reistsnce training, but so many of these tubes are cheap & dangerous! You can see the worn, stretched material or even cracks and you know that tube is gonna snap at some point!Gorilla is cheap, safe, and well constructed, for $15-25 you have puece of mind when you exercise, either using separately, or with different brand gym!

These bands are great! It gives me the resistance I need to get a good workout in! Saves me time having to and from the gym.

I've had the Gorilla bow for a little over a month now and it's great! I had double knee replacement surgery in December of 2017 and Gorilla Bow has provided a safe, resistance workout for my entire body. It's easy to store, easy to use, the workout is quick and the results are good! As a former college track athlete (Hammer throw), I was skeptical of anything that didn't involve barbells and powerracks....Gorilla Bow and the heavy bands pass the test!

I’ve had this a short while, but so far so good! It’s very smooth and with an extra set of the heavy resistance bands, I have plenty of “weight” options. I think the Gorilla Bow has some online lessons included, but it would be nice if it had a basic exercise booklet included to help you get started easier. However, that’s a minor issue if you have used cable weights before, as many of the motions are similar. I will let you know how it goes after a few months of use. A good exercise item to take with you on trips.

I purchased the gorilla bowl for a friend of mine that has just recently undergone a heart and kidney transplant after being in the hospital for seven months waiting for the donations. He has begun his rehabilitation and I gifted this to him to use to assist him when he gets home to try to rebuild his muscle strength in his rehabilitation process. I liked it so much I really ordered one for me and have just received it and have started using it but I enjoy it and think it’s going to benefit me at my age which is 69 years old!
