This is my first time using a soundbar system on my tv and i'm glad to say this has been a great experience.For starters, the product came well packaged and it was a surprisingly small package; the installation was fast and easy, basically just plug the cables and power on.It has great bluetooth connectivity (although sometimes i hear drops in sound that could be because of the distance of the surround speakers to the soundbar) and EARC connection which makes all Dolby Atmos content sound amazing.The sound quality for such a small package is great and you also get some custom adjustments like EQ and virtual surround.It has a nice build quality, seems durable enough; and all in all, it's a great product for its price, with interesting functionality like the EQ, app control, EARC and a great sound.Really happy with my purchase.

UPDATE: I got a replacement for the one I ordered and stopped working. It's good for the price. Im not sure the voice enhancement really works that well, but the sound good and i like the surround on these. Not for an audiofile, but for upgraded sound over your TV and surround features, it's great. Customer support was good too. 4 stars only because of my original experience and I'm still a little worried this one will stop working too, but so far so good.Sounded great. Worked great. Until it didnt. Speakers stopped working after 3 days. Returned but they didnt give me an option to replace so I just returned it and bought a different brand. Really did sound great to me until it stopped working. Give it a try...just hold onto the box.

Excellent product as we managed to set it up easily and the sound amplification was great to my satisfaction.

Great surround sound system for the price! Fast & easy hook up. Easily control all accoustic adjustments with the remote & includes 6 presets.

Good for the price I suppose. The sound bar is far louder than the surrounding speakers and I can really only hear it come from the sound bar. The sound bar it's self sounds good with music but with shows and movies people talking sound very "tin-canny". The sub woofer is nice I think. It was also super easy to setup and all the possible inputs are great. The wireless speakers were nice too since it cuts out routing two speakers to the receiver. Bought this to replace my old Sony surround sound (didn't want a sound bar at all but figured hey at least this one has 4 speakers still) but it lacks the clarity that my 15 year old Sony surround system has and that was cheaper even. Unfortunately going to have to return this.

Omg! I am THE WORST person when it comes to tech and electronics and this was THE EASIEST set up I've ever done all on my own. The instructions were super clear and simple. Once everything was set up, which only took about twenty minutes btw, the sound quality blew me away. I rate this product 10/10!

UPDATE! 9/25 UPDATE! UPDATE!I had problems with the sound from day one with this system. I did the update they suggested. Now the sound constantly cuts out after it's been on for a short time. The sound quality isn't even good to begin with. Don't waste you money on the Brand Ultimea. I have had Sony, Panasonic and the quality was excellent in the same price range. I will never purchase anything from Ultimea again.This is a decent sound system for the price point. When I first received it I wasn't impressed at all and would have giving it 2.5 stars. After reaching out to Ultimea (many times) they offered to allow me to exchange it for a upgraded model with an additional charge. They also informed me that they could push an update to my unit which should help with the rear speaker volume issue. I opted to ty the update first. Being my room is small and that the update improved it from how it was. I decided to keep this model.
