Performance: Now, the real test – how well it works. I noticed an immediate difference in the water quality. The first bath I took after installing the filter felt noticeably smoother, and my skin felt softer afterward. We bought this product to fight against the hard water in our house and to help our son skin eczema! We do love it and the fact that you don’t have to change the filter prior to 6 months. We definitely saw improvements in the water quality and our baby’s skin. Only reason why 4/5 stars is because we wish it was a bit larger since our faucet drops water in a wide way so I guess not 100% of the water gets filtered, but I’m sure it would work with other faucets better. Plus the installation was smooth and easy! Don’t forget to run the water for a little bit before using it as instructed. Would definitely recommend!

This bath filter works great. I definitely noticed a difference once I started using it. The water is much clearer. I got this product bc I was worried of chlorine in my water. Once I started using this filter the water became clearer and less irritating to my babies skin. It’s very easy to install. There’s two different ways to use it depending on how your facet is built, works for all shapes and sizes. The water flows just perfectly right through it. I would definitely recommend using this product for your babies. Highly recommend.

It’s been fine! But are no replacement filters available for purchase. If I could go back I’d find a brand with replacement filters available so I’m not rebuying the same product every three months like the manufacturer suggests.

I do not recommend this product. Although the actual filter works nicely and I saw a reduction in eczema, however, the source seems unknown, they claim that you can get insurance but the website does not exist, neither the customer support email. The rubber strap was not easy to install and it broke in about 2 months. There are also no refills from the same brand. I will have to bin it and find another provider who offers a better quality, customer support and refills.
