Fab customer service
Just wanted to commend the Wright Buy Ltd for their Fab customer service, contacted as the Fan in the over just stopped working a few weeks from new and they immediately responded with an offer to replace or refund. So impressed I went with the replacement which arrived within 5days as promised and is working well. Thank you so much 10/10 from me

I'd recommend NOT to buy
Terrible, this oven has had limited usage and just out of warranty has broken, response from Wright Brothers was for me to get an engineer out to repair it. I appreciate it's out of warranty (by just 3 months) but I would have hoped for a better response

Cookology black undercounter oven
Arrived early, have to fit own plug, fits snug. Looks great. Have yet to use it.

Good value
Nice looking cooker and is working well so far after just 2weeks gave it a five in anticipation of long good service.

it is a bit tricky,
I do not like the timer as that turns off the oven if it is set, I am having difficulty turning that off as I know when the cooking is finished, other than that it is a good oven and fast to heat, I am sure I will get used to it in time, I also have had to but an oven thermometer as I cannot see what the heat is before putting anything into the oven, On the whole I do not think I would have bought this oven.
