This stuff surprised me. Not diagnosed with PCOS, but developed symptoms related to insulin resistance and high androgen levels, many of which overlapped with PCOS, so I gave this a try. My symptoms: mild but sudden hirsutism; hormonal acne; suddenly never feeling tired, never sleeping (which developed into some weird insomnia where I was mentally exhausted but also ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM); extreme food cravings (especially sweets) Treated? Food cravings (I think this one is from working a brainless job that leaves me unsatisfied) It took an entire bottle (three months) to REALLY see results. And I used it consistently, following package directions. During the first two weeks, I had mild stomach issues. Nothing major, and they resolved. They're fully gone now. I have zero side effects.
