I purchased a 3lb bag of sugar glider food and received a 1.5lb bag. Then requested a replacement and was charged again for a 3lb bag. The replacement came in and it is still a 1.5lb bag of food. Both foods are labeled as a 3lb bag but that is incorrect. I just want a refund on one of the bags as I now have the correct amount I originally purchased . can provide proof of them being incorrect as well as the shipping label stating box and food is 1.9lbs. Food is great just dissapointed at the incorrect labeling and weight of product as that is considered false advertising. (Edit spoke with Lisa was very professional and took care of my issue)

My boys died within 48 hours of consuming this food for the first time. I had adopted them a while back. At the time of their adoption the had been fed Glide R Chow and fresh fruit with vitamin supplements their whole lives. When I adopted them I switched them to a TPG diet with zero issues. But they still liked their kibble as a snack, so I kept it on hand to give them sparingly in addition to their fresh diet. Well their Glide R Chow back eventually ran out so I went hunting for more back in January. I stumbled across this brand and decided to give it a try. My boys were initially excited by the fruity smell of it, but when they got closer they seemed a bit put off and only ate a few pieces. They REFUSED to eat any more than that. I didn’t think much of it until the next night, they seemed lethargic and wouldn’t eat their normal food (and these boys loved to eat). By the next morning they were cold, having seizures, and stuff. There was nothing the vet could do other than give them pain meds and let me hold them to keep them warm. The vet said the food probably was kept in a warehouse at the wrong temperature or it was a bad batch of food. So now I have an empty corner of my room that used to be theirs. I can’t do anything about it other than write this post, so here we are. Do yourselves a favor and use the TPG diet (or some other fresh diet) and cut the kibble. It’s not expensive and you can freeze a months worth at a time into cubes to give them with roaches/worms and fresh fruit.

Quick Summary for the inpatient - Good flavor but changing to this food has definitely led to increased cage stink! The Good - Flavor seems to be very good judging by my gliders behavior. She actually goes for this before her fruit sometimes. She seems healthy and unaffected by the change from her original food. The Bad - During the first couple of 5lb bags from Pocket Pets, i rarely had to clean the cage. Maybe every 3 months. There just wasn't any smell. After switching to this food, i'm changing and cleaning the cage every week. I've thrown away all of her toys and sleeping aids because they started stinking.
