The sound is very good, clear, and clean.
The sound is very good, clear, and clean. The battery drains very quickly if the volume is very high, but otherwise, it's an excellent device.

Hard to program channels
It is impossible to program your favorite stations. This is a big disadvantage. I like the built in speaker and it gets good reception. Battery life is good and overall quality appears to be good. (only had it a couple of months)

Disappointed again
Nice size in hand. Excellent am/fm reception (better than the constantly fuzzy CC Crain I ordered direct from the company: a real piece of junk). However, it turns itself off every 5-10 minutes; I will have to return to Amazon.

Good reception and good sound quality
A good radio overall, however a bit bulky. The antenna is annoying. Why didn't they omit the antenna, and instead have the earphone cable as the antenna, and a switch to select for the sound to come from the speaker or from the earphone?

A CLASSIC portable radio
A CLASSIC portable radio! Always wanted one like this haha. Great reception on this little bad boy with the giant collapsible antenna. This thing even has a little flashlight on it lol I only wish this had a cassette tape recorder on it, like the classic Walkmans. It plays loud too, better than some of the cheaper bluetooth speakers I've had.

Handy Clock Radio
This is a nice AM/FM clock radio. It's lightweight and small, fitting nicely in the palm of the hand. It does take 2 AA batteries (not included). The clock time is easy to set, and you can select 12H or 24H format. There are 2 "modes", the first being clock mode and the second being radio mode. You cannot see the time in radio mode. You can select between AM or FM bands. You can scan and automatically set presets to all the stations it finds. You can have separate presets for the AM band and the FM band. However, you cannot manually add presets, delete presets, or re-order the presets. This would have been a nice functionality to have. The radio stations come in clearly. There is an antenna, extendable, that makes some stations come in better. Volume is easily adjusted with a rotating dial in the corner of the radio. You can also set an off-timer as well as an alarm (which plays the last-played radio station when it goes off).
