Meat slicer
This machine has saved us so much time this year alone. It cuts faster by far than any machine I’ve used and it seems to hold up good. If it goes out I’d probably just buy another one since it has saved us so much time it would be justifiable. P.S. don’t make the mistake I made of forgetting to put in the little rakes that go between the blades it’s almost impossible to get stuff dug out from between those blades.

I love this machine!
Amazing! We slice chicken breast and dehydrate it as snacks for our dogs. It normally takes hours to slice the chicken. With this machine we sliced three times what we normally sliced and it took less than 5 minutes to complete all of the slicing. Also, It is very safe. I mean it's still good to have a healthy respect for it, but I think they have done a good job of making it as safe as possible. I love this machine!

Used for 2 minutes smoke coming out everywhere
After 3 attempts to order and actually receive. I tried it with 2 pieces of meat the other day did fine. I pulled out today to cut some bell peppers and meat. And its smoking out the back like crazy. Not sure if it has to burn off/ break in motor but its smoking bad outbif the back vent. It has maybe 2 minutes of cutting time on it.

Great machine but cleaning it isn’t much fun
Amazing machine. I did 23lbs of chuck and top round in just minutes. I swapped out the 5mm blade cartridge for the 7mm that I ordered separately specifically for making beef jerky (a little above 1/4”). And it instantly pulled the meat through. Cleaned it first with a soapy kitchen brush and rinsed it well as well as wiped the whole machine down. Made sure to dry the unit in the oven on keep warm to fully dry out the head unit. Pros are speed, uniformity, ease of use, low noise, and lots of power, etc Cons are time to clean unit post use, the danger of the head unit while trying to clean it (I saw recommended way was a pressure washer… ffs), tightening the head unit when swapped to the 7mm could only be done with the guard down or (not recommended) removed… you can start it but you have to pull up in the center and push down on the edges for the chute/cover to fit in the blade area… last con and only because I want it and it doesn’t say it will work- is having a 3.5mm blade set for stuff like hotpot and pho- my wife makes both and this would save money over precut or time over hand cut. Caution- wear the gloves when handling cartridge- it cut right through the bag and under 1/4”-3/8” into my index finger nail and through it- they weight 10-12lbs and are a closed everywhere you’d want to grab; the handles are only in the front and back…

Zu Ihrer Frage: Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Messer und Messerhalter im Kühlschrank zu reinigen. Wenn Sie sie benötigen, geben Sie das Gemüse einfach bei laufender Maschine in den Einfüllstutzen und filtern Sie es mehrmals. Bei weiteren Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen schönen Tag..." Die Messer müssen gereinigt werden, denn die Maschine wird nicht täglich benutzt!! WIE macht man das?? Bürste ist keine im Lieferumfang! Hygiene ist wichtig! Ein Video dazu wäre hilfreich!
