Excellent laptop
I needed a new laptop to replace my windows 10, 6 yrs old HP laptop. My go to brand is HP. Have always had excellent quality, service and user friendly. The touch screen is awesome. I always use an external keyboard and wireless mouse. Had no problem using my original keyboard and mouse. Am still finding new applications. The screen resolution is very good, colors are sharp and clear. I use this laptop mainly for shopping, web browsing and simple games. Good value for the money. Would recommend.

Laptop works perfectly
The laptop works great it had all the software it needs to run and function in all aspects! It starts and shuts down quickly. It makes no noise and stays cool or barely warm at all time that it’s on. I use it for Microsoft Office Excel and Word work and it works perfectly! It runs very fast and I can surf the Internet with no time delays!!

Fantastic Laptop, Low Screen Resolution.
This laptop is fast, efficient, and reliable. However, it has a very low screen resolution so it can't display too much at a time. If that bothers you, you may need an external monitor. Regardless, I have had no problems with it so far. Just the low resolution.

modification invalidates warranty
Beware! The specs look great for the price, but seller had modified RAM and memory, invalidating the manufacturer warranty!

Decent laptop for the price
Works well, has good storage and lifetime Office. Not a super fancy machine but gets the job done.

Got the Lemon Blues over Here
I definitely got a lemon. This guy just automatically says its encountered a problem and needs to restart 1-3 times per day. I do not have time for that. Also just a very loud "clicky" sounding built in mouse-had this on my previous HP as well. I think it's time to seek another brand, unfortunately.

Love it
I don't have anything bad to say. Its a great laptop coming from an Apple product world. The battery life is long. I don't have to charge it often. Its easy to use. Love the touch screen. I do wish it had the ability to attach dual external monitors. The screen size is perfect.

Laptop was relatively easy to setup
Switching from Windows 10, there is definitely a learning curve to Windows 11. The keyboard doesn't seem to be a problem but don't care for the touchpad and immediately attached a USB mouse to the machine. The main reason I bought this laptop was because I didn't want to purchase a MS Office License and load it to a Windows 10 machine, knowing that MicroSoft will soon not support Windows 10. The title of this HP Laptop ad says that MS Office Lifetime comes with this machine. During the setup process, you will be 1) prompted to start a free 30-day trial of MS 360 (decline it), 2) you will then be prompted to start a MS 360 Basic trial (decline it), 3) then said I could get MS Office for free and your only option is to accept it. Once the machine was up and running, MS Office was loaded but it is a 2019 (docx) version. Using Windows 11, it took me a minute to find Word and Excel. I was able to get shortcuts loaded on the task bar but I'm wrestling with getting Word and Excel icons on the desktop. I'm sure it's just a learning curve that I'll figure out. So far, so good, and I'll report back if I find any problems.
