Design is not ergonomic, no flip on handle for lifting hood. This can be ignored as minor flaw however handle becomes too hot to touch. You cannot hold it in your hand for spreading dhoop in entire house. Its not returnable so sticking with it. Apart from these mentioned issues quality is fine, seems sturdy too.

If you put a Jot in the diwa entire diwa becomes so hot and you can not physically touch the holding handle or covering lid . Moreover the "tanka's" used to join handle and diwa ver very unprofessional.

It a nice product. Sturdy with elegant look.But please don't keep it directly on a wooden surface. The heat will spoil the polish.One may use a marble or granite piece below it.Overall, happy with it. Value for money.
