Buy this if you're not trying to spend an arm and a leg on hair products. It has a scent, but it's not awful. Just a normal, light perfumey whatever smell. Decent hold. Matte/low shine. I still use hairspray to keep things in place but this helps get it there

The smell of this product is incredible. Such a masculine musk that I could sniff all day. LoL I used this product when adding my dread extensions. Not only does it smell good, but a little bit of product goes a long way. Did not damage my hair and it was easy to remove. Long lasting. I bet it would be great for beards!

I like the scent, the texture is good too. It works well but you have to put a little dab to work in with towel dry hair. Then blowdry 6-8inches away with a comb or brush up. Layer 1 dime size work it in your hands move your fingers through your head (acting like a comb) style to preference. Take the type of comb you have and work your style in. Place and Layer to the setdown area. Comb through again (always take a dry comb, wet your fingers rub each side of the comb before combing, smoother comb through). Then attempt to fix the misaligned with light comb realignment if you have a width tooth comb. You can apply layer 3, dime size on this and comb again or if you have finishing spray that would help and should be done. Would I buy it again, yea. It's easy to wash out, haven't had much humidity to test it out as it is fall.

I style my hair messy and i like that this product doesn't clump or give off a shine. I like to use it with hairspray but thats because i don't want ANY movement or to do any restyles throughout the day. An expectation from my old AquaNet and Gorilla Snot days.

I purchased this several times because I like that this hair product is so easy to apply to my hair. It spreads onto my hands and washes off easily. It goes into my hair without me having to comb my hair with my fingers too often. But after using several units, I've come to the conclusion that this doesn't do what I need it to do. It does not give a defining shape to my thick and straight hair. The hold isn't strong enough I can't expect my hair to look the same at the end of the day. As much as I don't like certain pomades and thicker products, I might have to go back to them. Please note that this is for my thick hair type which is generally mildly short (short on the sides and back and longer on the top). With that being said, why do I recommend this for certain people? I think this would make a great product for someone who has lighter hair and wants to run his/her fingers through it. The matte finish is great and natural-looking which is what people are aiming for nowadays.
