Original product the same I have bought with flipkart and recieved fake duplicate product

The outer Amazon packaging was fine. But, the inner packaging was damaged. I have ordered two 1sqmm bundles and those were packed well when delivered. However, this one was delivered with brand packaging damaged. This is a non-returnable item. The seller should ensure decent packaging. Amazon should ensure decent transport. I paid a decent price. Didn't get a decent enough service/product for my payment. At the very least, there should be a Replacement available.
