Mehaz Professional Foot File System, Stainless Steel

I absolutely love this file! I purchased this to prepare for sandal weather and after carefully reviewing lesser priced items, I decided to go with this one because I can easily change the file pads and I also feel it is more hygienic than some of the wooden or plastic items I have seen. I have used this for months and have not had to replace the pads nor have I had any issues with them sticking. I'm very pleased with this purchased and think the price was well worth it considering how long each pad lasts and the quantity of additional pads received.

This is the best thing I've every bought for my feet. I've tried those electric ones, which took forever and were a hassle to take out and put away. This one is so fast, effective and easy to use. I have some callous around the ball of feet and it's so quick to remove using this.It's big and has a large surface area, so you don't have to move it back and forth quite as often as a smaller one. Also love that you can replace the abrasive pads (even comes with a few extra ones). Definitely recommend.

YES! THIS THING IS THE GREATEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD!OK .. I exaggerate! But .. I have ALWAYS been careful to pumice my feet 2-3 times a week with a pumice stone .. thought my feet were in pretty nice summer sandal condition .. I normally do my own pedicures! BUT went to a nice well known salon where I get my hair done. Wanted to get a quick mani/pedi when I did not have time to do my own. WELL when the manicurist used this instrument on my feet after a nice soak .. I was HORRIFIED at the amount of dead skin! Absolutely shocked! Because I am a long term customer of the salon she let me see this foot file .. I took down ALL the Mehaz Foot File details!I was told Salons destroy the grit file pad after each client but as private individuals we can continue to use each pad until it no longer files! I will try to remember to update this review when I find I need to replace the grit pad because the pad is no longer working effectively.Here is what I did.They sent me both grit pad types .. so I placed one of the 100 grit pads on one side and one of the 60 grit pads on other side. I tried to place each one centered and as close to the tip as possible because in use the instrument tip will come into play. After showering when my feet were very soft I then used the 100 grit pad first. Then finished off with the finer 60 grit.I MUST WARN YOU! I was so impress with what I was doing that I was just TOO vigorous with the 100 grit! One area of my foot was a bit sensitive the next day! So as you get used to it .. remember .. LESS IS MORE!! You can always do more tomorrow!Also, I had been concerned about what would happen in terms of cleanliness .. I kept remembering the amount of dead skin at the salon! Not to worry .. I just ran the file under hot running water and it came out looking like new .. I was SO happy! I then store it tipped on it's end to air dry .. ready for the next use! I then used a generous amount of body lotion and my feet came out soft as the proverbial "baby's behind"!UPDATE:Bought one for my husband .. YES men DO get "horny" heels! He loves it! Easy to use .. easy to clean .. NOT feminine looking in his shower! (Also a plus because he is diabetic and SHOULD take better care of his feet and I wanted to make it easy for him without excuses!)

I have had many different products to keep my feet smooth and calluses away but this is the best so far. I live in AZ and were a lot of sandals. This works perfectly and comes with extra pads and I can order more after I use those. I've used it dry and also when wet in the shower and it is effective both ways. I would definitely recommend this. I'm sure I'll have this for many years!
