The packaging was really good. The pan itself is a really good product. Good handle which doesn’t heat up . Heat retention and heating up is really good. Cleaning it up is also good due to the different materials used on inside and outside. One only negative that can be for some people is it is heavy compared to other brands like wonder chef. Overall pan is equally good for quick stir fries and slow cooked stews

Fantastic product. Highly recommended than any cookware. Slight heavy, but worth it. No artificial cancer causing coating. Just use that pan with a bit higher heat and oil, your food will never stick. 100% recommended.
