Ba-ring-a-raj…… hard to say but good to use
I heard about this product from a blog that I follow so looked it up on Amazon and sure enough I found it. I’ve been using it on my hair for about a month and my split ends are better, my hair is softer and more manageable. So far I really like the product for hair care and growth. There’s limited directions but just use it sparingly because it is an oil. Good for dry winter skin on hands and feet but again use sparingly. I also like that this product is Organic. It’s worth giving it a try if you’re tired of unruly hair.

It Works!
I have very thick, coarse, and slightly wavy hair that frizzes easily. I was using Banyan's other hair oil, which did make my hair smoother and shinier. But then I discovered that the bhringaraj oil works even better--and less is needed. I apply it after washing my hair, then massage in a little more each day between washes. I'm a fan of all the Banyan Botanical products I've tried. The Beauty Balm is my daily facial moisturizer and works better than any product I've ever tried, including very expensive ones.

Dry but works
I did something kind of interesting with the oil - I added it to my shampoo so that every day I wash my hair, the oil smell isn't even something I worry about. It turned the shampoo a green tint but it works. One of the girls I work with just mentioned how long my hair is getting, and I've only bee using it for 3 weeks. It dried out my hair a little bit but just throwing conditioner over it worked perfectly and my hair is soft, strong and long. :) I like it.

Excellent product
I used the oil for the first time. I had a lot of hair loss. I applied the oil and left it overnight. I washed my hair with shampoo. It was my first time using the product and I don’t have any more hair fall. I love it!

Healed My Scalp
I am Pitta/Vata. My scalp microbiome was out of balance and I couldn't figure out why. It would get very flaky and oily, red/hot, and felt dirty so quickly. This instantly cooled my scalp, and I could feel the healing effects as soon as I tried it. I usually let it sit for at least an hour before rising it out. What worked best for me was to apply a conditioner (or shampoo) all over my hair without pre-rinsing it with water. Then, I rinse with water to wash it all out and proceed to shampoo.

Did not work for me
Unfortunately, I do not think this oil has enough Bhringraj. Usually Bhringraj oil should be greenish in color because of the herbal infusion. I have used other Bhringraj oils before and they worked great for reducing hair loss. I had to stop using other oils usually because they have added fragrances that are pretty strong. This oil has no smell and washes out great but unfortunately does not work compared to other Bhringraj oils. I may have to compromise and go back to using the more smelly oils. <<Sigh>> The price to pay for fabulous hair!
