I bought this for my 7-year-old boy. His twin brother has always been my blanket baby, who loves being wrapped up all day and night long, but this one has a tendency to overheat easily, sometimes to the point of vomiting. While this is thick, soft, and warm, he has been able to sleep in it (when he wants to) without overheating, which truly surprised me. He loves the cats and the color red, so he was excited to see that I had gotten him this style. It is so cute! It fits well, covering him nicely without dragging on the ground. I don't know why this is recommending that I write about smell... but it didn't smell funny or anything when I got it; either way, you can always wash it with a detergent you like and get it to smell the way you want. lol Overall, I would recommend this. It is *super* soft, warm, and comfortable, and it is a great value, especially considering the price of the brand-name and others like it! I'm really glad I got it!

So soft, comfy, cute and fits well. My daughter loves it. Looks and feels exactly like you would expect from the photo. We use this blanket hoodie all the time at hockey, to stay nice and warm. Buying again for sure. Price was reasonable, great quality. Covers down to about 3 inches above her feet, perfect for walking, she's a very large 5 year old the size of atleast a 7 year old. Fits my 11 year old as well (less long) even though she has her own. Just as bright and purple as the image.

I got this for my 7 year old and she loves it! It is so soft and cozy. She wears it all day. The oversized design of it looks so cute on and can be worn over anything. It isn’t too heavy but also not too light. It seems to be the perfect weight to stay warm without getting hot. The big pocket is amazing for keeping stuff in. She likes to wear it when cleaning up her toys because so many fit in the pocket she can just throw it all in there in one go and transport them to where they need to go.

Get this. Just do it. Its heavy enough for my kiddo to classify it as a weighted wearable blanket. It is oversized but that also makes it worth it! I have three in different colors and each of my kids will "pet" their arms because it is super soft and washes well when needed. I have not had any issues with fraying or pilling and my kids USE their clothes in rural country living situations. I fully expect these to last for at least 2 years for each of my kids. We haven't had any issues with putting them on either which is a bonus!

My daughter is obsessed with this. It's soft and comfortable but not too warm. There is no fleece on the inside of this one so it's nice and light. The color is pretty and the size works well for her. She's 10, the one size fits all for kids. Great price!
