I bought the 32-pack of Rosette in the growers pot for my bridal shower party favors. The first batch I ordered was delivered by Fedex upside down. Even though this product is boxed inside another box with paper stuffing to keep things from moving, you must realize that these are plants that are being shipped. If delivered by the Fedex upside down, despite labelling "Fragile" this is not the sellers fault.There was dirt all over the place when I opened the box. I pulled each of the plants out and put them on a tray to water them (again we are purchasing plants on-line so there is some allowance to be made for them needing a good water when they first arrive). There were a few that I could not use for my party as they lost some petals in transit.When I contacted the seller ([email protected]) they asked for some pictures of the damage and my order info. They then replaced the whole order! The second batch arrived within 48 hours and they were delivered upright. The plants were all in-tact and beautiful. I re-filled some of the soil from the first batch and watered them and they are now all doing great. (Note: I am replanting the other 10 that arent good enough to use for party favors because they will look great in my house when they grow back).My suggestions are:A) Order more than you need in case some don't make it in shipment.B) Order 10-14 days before you need them so you can water and clean them up a little (there will be some dirt that doesn't stay in the pots during shipment.C) Follow the care instructions on the sellers page when they arrive. Expect you will need to give them a little love.D) If you have any issues, reach out to customer service before you decide to leave a bad review. they are responsive and will fix any issues you have. ([email protected]) They are also providing a great product, conveniently, for a good price. I want to see them stay in business as I plan to use them for other events.

I bought these as a baby shower favor. I was super surprised and happy with how they arrived. I was nervous after reading so many reviews, but they came in great condition. All plants looked healthy and were of good size. I watered upon receiving and placed near a window that receives early morning light.Because I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time or in good condition, I ordered almost a full month before they were needed incase I needed to find a back up. It has been two weeks since I've been caring for the plants and they are already growing quite a bit. I think in another two weeks, they will be doing even better. I have watered them when the top soil looks dry, but overall they are very easy to care for. I believe it was my error as I did get some leaves wet and the directions clearly state not too, but a few leaves I've had to pull off as they became wilted over time. The plants themselves still look great though.Just a side note, I did need to sign for these when they arrived which I did not realize. I was at work and saw I had missed the delivery and the UPS store was closed by that time. I really panicked thinking they'd be in bad shape. I signed up online for UPS to deliver with out a signature and they were promptly delivered early the next morning without my having to be home, so I definitely recommend going that route if needed!

Our team of 100+ people were moving to a new floor in our company's headquarters. As part of the move we hosted a "Welcome to Seven" (7th floor) party with food and drinks. My company is owned by a German company and we have several European colleagues who work in our offices in the Midwest. One of the people on the party planning committee is a German national living and working in our offices. She mentioned that a common housewarming gift you give is a plant. We didn't have a very large budget, so we were so happy to find these lovely succulents at such a great price. The night before the big party, we distributed one plant on each person's desk along with a note welcoming them to our new "home". It is almost one year later and lots of folks still have their succulent at their desk, myself included.In a cute little side note, there was a very wide variety of succulents and folks for the first couple of weeks were trading each other if someone had a particular succulent that person wanted. We also have a couple of areas where the handful of extra plants are grouped and for anyone who didn't think they could keep their succulent alive at their desk. I myself find it a nice little diversion to care for my succulent each Tuesday when I return to the office for the first time that week.

These succulents arrived damaged and I have tried saving them and watering and adding more dirt. They are suppose to be used as a thank you for an event next week. These look horrible it’s sad cause they were not cheap.

As far as shipping something as delicate as succulents, I'm very happy with the products I received. Very similar in size with a nice arrangement. They were packed tight with paper shreds, and didn't budge. Upon opening, most of the succulents were covered in dirt, but with a little paint brush and some potting soil I was able to unearth them and repot them pretty easily. Definitely not a arrive and ready item due to dirt displacement. Photos of opening, cleaning, comparison, and final pretty and ready plants!

Tiny and so much of the dirt gone. Now will need to purchase succulent soil to fill containers. They are for thank you gifts and I’m very disappointed in about a third of them.Revisit review - once these were watered and separated and given a few days to breathe they perked up and look really good. My original disappointment turned around with just a little TLC.
