The pillow was too high for me. It felt hard when I rested my head on it, but it felt soft when I pressed it with my hand. So, I have returned it.

Poor Product Quality
I purchased your MY ARMOR Cool Gel Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain and Shoulder Pain (Blue Checks Cover) from Amazon in May 2025. The product came with a 2-year warranty, which I relied upon when making my purchase. However, after using it for three months, I decided to wash it today as it had become very dirty. Upon inspection, I discovered that the internal quality of the pillow is extremely poor. The foam inside is of substandard quality and tears apart easily wherever I touch it, rendering it unusable. I have attached a video and images showing the damaged condition of the pillow. This is highly disappointing given the product’s advertised durability and the warranty provided. I request a full refund or a replacement for this defective item under the 2-year warranty.

Perfect Balance of Softness and Support
I recently purchased this memory foam pillow and I’m very happy with it. The quality is really good, it feels soft yet supportive, and provides great comfort for a good night’s sleep. It adjusts well to the shape of the head and neck, which reduces strain. Overall, a very good product at this price range. Highly recommend
